RESTORATIVE & YOGA NIDRA PRACTICE WITH CACAO
Yoga Nidra is a transformative practice that's hugely supported & held me through difficult times in my life. I love sharing this practice & holding space for others to connect to it.
The addition of cacao will enhance your experience, giving you gentle energy & opening your heart throughout the session. Cacao helps us connect with our inner self on a deeper level.
Each month we honour the seasons with slight variations on our event. For December & the upcoming Winter Solstice, you'll be guided through a restorative practice before snuggling into Nidra. We will take plenty of time to reflect, ground & share after the session. You'll each be given some journaling queue cards too.
