Service Description

Follow-ups give us time to discuss successes & challenges of your plan, helping us keep things tuned for your life circumstances. It also gives us an opportunity to coach the points advised helping you feel deeply supported & empowered to why they will help you toward your goals. This 40minute session is also open to clients who have completed a plan but want further support retuning down the line.
