Yoga & mindfulness have been powerful tools in my own healing journey, helping me manage chronic arthritis, reconnect with my body, & find a sense of peace in the chaos of everyday life. Now, I share these practices with others to support their physical, emotional, & energetic wellbeing.

🌿 How You Can Practice with Me
✨ Monthly Cacao & Yoga Nidra Events
Held on the first Sunday of each month, these 2-hour sessions are your chance to reset & realign for the month ahead.
We begin raising a mug of ceremonial cacao, dive into our monthly theme (e.g. gentle movement or breathwork) & finish with deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).
Each month has a unique theme to support you through the changing cycles of the year.

✨ Private Sessions — 1:1 or Small Groups
Tailored to your unique needs, these sessions may include:

Available online, at your home, or in a hired local studio (within 10 miles of Godalming).
All props & equipment are provided for in-person sessions.
