Yoga & Mindfulness

I am passionate to empower others to connect to their bodies & nourish their minds through yogic practices.

Through yoga we can learn to quieten the noise of the world around us. Finding peace in movement & restoration in stillness.


You can practice with me 1:1, in groups or online. This can be private bookings or joining my public classes running at local venues (see below).

Due to my past struggles with chronic arthritis I am mindful of all levels, body types & injuries, ensuring everyone is comfortable & supported in their practice. 

I also offer deep relaxation practices using Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), breathwork & guided meditation. 

By following me on socials you will be most up to date with group classes I am running.

Every Tuesday at 7.30pm you can practice Yin with me at Well & Good, Godalming. 

Wednesday evenings I'm at the beautiful barn Guildford Chiropractic Centre on Stoke Park. Join me 7-8pm for a soothing yoga class open to all levels. This is mostly a flow class, once per month we will practice Yin. The first session is FREE so pop in & give it a go! You can book in on my bookings page or by dropping me a message. Buy a block of 6 classes & save £12.
