Yoga & Mindfulness

I am passionate to empower others to connect to their bodies & nourish their minds through yogic practices.

Through yoga we can learn to quieten the noise of the world around us. Finding peace in within & restoration in stillness.

 

You can practice with me 1:1, in groups or online.

Please get in touch direct if you would like to discuss private classes for an event such as Birthdays, Hen parties & Wellness at Work (Corporate classes).

Every Tuesday at 7.30pm you can practice Yin with me at Well & Good, Godalming. 

 

I also have a range of events, workshops & retreats through the year.

Due to my past struggles with chronic arthritis I am mindful of all levels, body types & injuries, ensuring everyone is comfortable & supported in their practice.

 

1:1's can be tailored to suit your needs & include deep relaxation practices such as Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), breathwork & guided meditation.
