✨ Welcome to Our Himalayan Journey
This isn’t just any trip. It’s a heart-led journey through one of the most unspoilt countries on Earth — one that invites stillness, wonder, deep breath, & true connection.
Picture misty mountains, fluttering prayer flags, ancient monasteries, soulful yoga, gentle hikes through valleys, sacred rituals, & the soft hush of Himalayan night skies.
If you’ve ever dreamed of combining adventure, inner reflection, movement & meaningful travel — this is it.
I’m honoured to guide this path with you.
💛 Why This Journey Matters
Many years ago, while travelling in the Philippines, I sat next to a kind Nepalese woman on a flight.
Her stories of the struggles of young women in Nepal touched my heart deeply. I dreamed of one day contributing to similar projects on female empowerment, but due to my rheumatoid arthritis, I wasn’t able to participate — the projects were too remote & far from hospitals, which would have been risky if my immune system flared.
Now, over a decade on, guiding this journey through Bhutan feels like a full-circle moment. As we explore this magical country together, our trip will directly support meaningful local initiatives, including education & women’s empowerment projects in Nepal, such as the Menstrual Hygiene Management program, along with other impactful initiatives.
Every step we take — from trekking through pristine landscapes to visiting sacred monasteries — is woven with mindfulness, presence, & the knowledge that our journey contributes positively to the communities we encounter.

Bhutan is unlike anywhere else on earth — a country where wellbeing is measured in Gross National Happiness, where prayer flags flutter across mountain ridges, & where awe, wonder & breathtaking landscapes meet rich culture & folklore that I can’t wait to explore with you.
April is truly one of the most magical times to experience it. The days are mild & bright, skies are clear for Himalayan views, spring is in full bloom, and crowds are minimal. Travel feels calm, spacious, bright & deeply nourishing — the perfect season for a journey like this.

“I attended Annie's Cacao & Yoga Nidra Sunday session last week and it was wonderful. I had the most restorative sleep afterwards and I feel truly energised this week. Thank you Annie for the work you are doing. I recommend it highly."
Fran
As I am a qualified yoga teacher myself it was important to me to find a class where yoga was taught authentically. Annie is really well trained and puts huge research and thought into her classes. I always come away feeling better than I arrived. I sleep brilliantly after class too! I can really recommend her classes."
Lisa
“I have to say, Annie's Yoga Nidra was the best I have every experienced. I definitely went to another plane, somewhere between sleep & meditation. Glorious.”
