About the event
HEART THEMED YIN & YOGA NIDRA PRACTICE WITH CACAO
In yoga nidra, you are guided to a point between sleep & wakefulness. The practice is often referred to as Yogic sleep & compared to hypnosis... but really, nidra needs to be experienced to understand the blissful power of the practice.
Nidra is a transformative practice that's hugely supported & held me through difficult times in my life. I love to share it & hold this space for others to rest & heal.
The addition of cacao enhances your experience, giving you gentle energy & opening your heart throughout the session.
Each month we honour the seasons with slight variations on our event. For February you'll be guided through a heart themed yin sequence before snuggling into Nidra. We will explore both the energy of our heart chakra & the traditional Chinese medicine heart meridian.
