Welcome to the Summer Solstice Yoga Day Retreat at Calm space- Surrey Lakes Glamping!

Join us for a rejuvenating day filled with yoga, meditation, & relaxation in the heart of nature. Connect & unwind in a serene environment surrounded by the picturesque lake & lush greenery.

Our hosts share unifying opening & closing circles, these usually include breathwork & or yoga Nidra.

You'll be guided you through an energizing yoga session of yin to honour  what ancient Chinese medicine has to teach us of this seasonal transition, into yang practice to help you find balance, inner peace & unite with the fire of summer. 

We will take time to explore the grounds, then connect over a nutritious lunch with our host & professional nutritional therapist - discussing the importance of local, whole foods of the season.
