Soak up Summer Solstice with us as we welcome the longest day of the year with a recharging retreat.
We will move through a glorious flow in the morning led by Julia. Feast on a delicious plant based lunch, I'll be sharing all things nourishing for the summer season from our dishes. We will then head for a walk under the solstice sunshine together & follow that with some pranayama (breathwork) & yoga Nidra. We will conclud our soulful day with time to be & share together.
Our venue is the glorious Chichester hall in Witley - 10 minutes drive from Godalming with ample free parking to host you all.
We can't wait to share this special day with you!
