This event is your chance to unwind, relax, & dive deep into a state of blissful relaxation. Let go of stress & tension as you immerse yourself in the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, guided by me.

Showing gratitude to the sun, our event will start a little differently this month of summer solstice. We will warm up in the garden with a few rounds of sun salutation (modify as much as you want), before settling down into our nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra is a transformative practice thats hugely supported & held me through difficult times in my life. I love sharing this practice & holding space for others to connect to it.
