This four-week guided program dives into how we can nourish our relationship with ourselves and the world around us for sustainable, wholesome vitality.

Winter is a time when energy levels are naturally lower & we can feel a little stagnant. This package promotes us to healthily lean in to rest whilst using holistic tools to support feeling fresh through the darker season.
