Winter Reset: Nourishment for You & Your Nervous System

Winter Reset is a gentle, holistic antidote to “New Year, New Me” thinking of crash diets & restrictive resolutions. Instead, it invites you to retune to the slower rhythm of winter — nourishing your body, calming your nervous system & reconnecting with yourself from a place of compassion, not pressure.

This 4-week journey is offered as a self-paced winter package, available from January to March 2026. While the content follows a suggested four-week structure, you are encouraged to move through it at your own rhythm — revisiting practices as often as you need.

Winter is a time when energy naturally dips and we can feel more inward & reflective. This programme supports you to lean into rest, while using seasonal nutrition, gentle movement & naturopathic self-care to maintain warmth, vitality and emotional balance through the darker months.

The Winter Reset includes:

  • Sunday “Chill Out” sessions (breathwork, Yoga Nidra & restorative practices)

  • Weekly seasonal nutrition guidance with recipes

  • Naturopathic self-care tools

  • Optional community space for connection and support

  • Monthly mindful winter walks

  • Winter Recipes & Wellness eBook

  • Discount to in-person Yoga Nidra events

  • Wake up routines & bedtime rituals

  • A few seasonal surprises

All course content & the community space will remain open until 31 March 2026, allowing early participants additional time to connect, revisit & integrate the practices before the programme closes.

Start any time between Jan-March 1st 2026

Early bird price £35
From 1 January, the price increases to £49.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Gardening

SALLY, 61

It's helped me feel better and made a real difference. I love the 'add things in rather than take things out' approach. The group walks were a lovely addition this year.
